Shipping
All products purchased through soundboks.com have an expected delivery time of 2-6 business days. We offer free standard shipping to the Continental US for all orders over $40. We also offer 1-2 days delivery for orders placed before 1pm CET Mon-Fri. For certain addresses, please allow for additional business day(s).
Warranty + Returns
We have a two-year (+1 when you register your speaker) warranty in the event of a technical malfunction, and we’ll repair or exchange the product free of charge within your term. We also have a 45-day return policy for Soundboks 3, 4 and Go. If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase within 45 days. Want to know more?
